- Original Research: up to 8,000 words
- Systematic Review: up to 9,000 words
- Practice Report: up to 5,000 words
- Perspective: up to 3,500 words
Manuscript preparation
Upload an anonymised manuscript, a separate title page, a structured abstract, 4–7 keywords and complete declarations. References should follow APA 7th edition.
Ethics and declarations
State ethical approval, consent, funding, competing interests, data availability and any use of generative AI.
Peer review
Research articles undergo double-anonymous review by at least two independent experts.
